Where does your tea come from?

It comes from farms across the country of India.

When was your tea harvested?

Our herbs are usually less than four months old by the time we get them. Our inventory is cycled through every couple of months. This makes your tea at most 6 months old.

How is your tea stored?

Our herbs are stored in full plant material until mixed. After being cut and mixed, our teas are stored in their air-tight biodegradable pouches. 

How is your tea handled?

All of our herbs were hand-cut and hand-mixed by professionals. Using human hands instead of machines ensures a higher quality tea.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. We offer free shipping on every order over 50 USD. We also offer free shipping on your first order when you sign up for our online newsletter.

How much time until my tea arrives?

Orders are usually shipped out the next day unless that day is a weekend or federal holiday. You can expect them to arrive within about a week.
